Sadam is an online AI-assisted BaZi report service operated by Dobi AI. It uses a chart calculated from your birth details to write reports about relationships, compatibility, work and money, yearly themes, parent-child relationships, and reunion.

The service first calculates the birth chart from your date, solar or lunar calendar selection, and birth time. AI then uses the calculated values and the selected topic to write the report. Chart values and written interpretation are distinct; AI-generated text may contain errors or may not fit your circumstances.

No. Sadam offers material for reflection based on traditional BaZi interpretation. Scores and timing descriptions are not probabilities or guarantees of future events. Reports do not replace professional advice for medical, legal, investment, or other important decisions.

On the Korean Sadam service, light reports cost ₩990 and the in-depth love report costs ₩3,900. Check the selected product and final amount on the checkout screen before paying.

Report generation starts after payment, and the result page shows progress and the completed report. Reports linked to your signed-in account can be reopened from My Reports. If you cannot find a result, contact support with your payment details.

The refund policy explains eligible situations, how to request help, and processing times. If a service error prevented delivery or you were charged twice, email gkdl3012@gmail.com with the payment details and the issue.

Sadam's chart calculation uses the Start of Spring solar term as the year boundary. A birth before that boundary can therefore be shown with the previous year's animal. When comparing services, check both the year-boundary convention and the date entered.

Month pillars follow solar-term boundaries, which do not always align with the first day of a calendar month. First check the birth date, solar or lunar calendar choice, and time. If identical inputs still produce different results, contact us with the input conditions.

Choose 'Unknown' for birth time. Sadam uses the year, month, and day pillars without treating an hour pillar as known. Interpretations that depend on birth time are limited; use Unknown instead of guessing a time.

Choose Google or Kakao on the sign-in page. After authenticating with that provider, you return to Sadam. To find a previous report, use the account you used when purchasing it.

For a forgotten Google or Kakao password, use that provider's account recovery process. If sign-in was canceled or Sadam displayed an error, you can retry from the sign-in page. If it keeps failing, contact us with the provider used and the error shown.
